We welcome all parenting mothers enrolled in our homeless services program to signup for our childcare programs. Women interested in childcare services must meet with our day care providers to schedule and complete an orientation. Once orientation is completed for day care services, a woman may sign–up for services the day before they are needed to allow our providers to plan for the number of children they will serve that day. Once the orientation for the afterschool program is attended, children may attend as needed; no daily sign–up is required.
In the case of a resident successfully completing the program to transition from homelessness to self–sufficiency and economic security, we will provide childcare services even if she did not complete the initial orientation, but needs care for a day to attend a housing or employment appointment.
