Resident Advisor

Handles the day-to-day operations of the shelter, working directly with the shelter residents to ensure services are provided in accordance with established policies and practices and ensure residents abide by program regulations.

Case Manager

This position provides specific program services such as referrals for employment, housing, medical services, and other supportive services. Case manager must provide quality consumer services and case management services in accordance with the standards, values , ethics, and mission of the Agency and abide by the established program policies and procedures.
