Progressive Path Program (PATH)

In an effort to combat chronic homelessness, UCAP created the Progressive Path Program (PATH), which offers permanent supportive housing to homeless persons with disabilities and their families. PATH provides individualized and comprehensive, family-centered case management tailored towards self-sufficiency and health living. Goals are designed to prevent returns to homelessness and promote Housing stability within Prince George’s County.
