We provide green, affordable, healthy energy–efficient homes for low–to moderate–income homeowners.
Prince George's County residents can make their homes more energy efficient and reduce household bills through weatherization, minor–rehab and replacing old appliances with Energy-Star rated appliances.

Our goal is to stabilize communities in Prince George's County that suffer from foreclosures, abandoned and vacant homes.
We attract new homeowners to revitalized communities, improve property values and stabilize the tax base.
Through the acquisition, rehabilitation and resale of foreclosed, abandoned, and vacant homes the program also increases homeownership in low–income areas and remove blighting influences and vacant structures.
To qualify for this program, you must be a Prince George's County resident.
Our team is able to answer many of the questions and provide resources for first time homebuyers.
